The National Fish and Wildlife Service captured a picture of an unusually massive squirrel hanging around the University of Michigan campus. The image has gone viral on social media.
Although a frightening sight, one user named Tim McGee noted that squirrels on the University of Michigan’s campus are usually very friendly. People visiting the campus often bring peanuts to feed the squirrels.
Looks like this one had a bit too much.
“They are also the friendliest,” McGee wrote. “I feed them peanuts from my hand. They are called Fox Squirrels for their big bushy “Foxy” tails.
