Rep.-elect George Santos (R-N.Y.) has said that Republicans should not launch any investigations for the first six months and instead they should place their attention on bettering the lives of Americans. Fox News anchor Sandra Smith asked Santos about the list of investigations that GOP members have proposed. These include investigations into COVID-19’s origins, Big Tech censorship, the Mar-a-Lago FBI raid, and the Biden family.
Santos replied that while the party is definitely able to pursue all of these investigations, he would rather spend his time on “hyper-partisan issues”. He also added that he was looking for results for the American people who voted him in. The incoming House Republican also added that instead of focusing on these investigations, it would be more important to ensure America’s energy independence, reduce crime in cities and find ways to support education.
The GOP is currently expected to win the House majority with a narrow margin. Many GOP members have proposed a number of inquiries and potential impeachment proceedings against Biden and his administration.
Santos managed to win a blue seat that had originally been held by Democrat Robert Zimmerman in New York’s 3rd Congressional District.
Santos added that while he did not believe the investigations are a waste of time, he just did not think they were as important as the issues that affect the daily lives of Americans.
I agree with Rep Santos. The focus should be to improve the American life and leave that other gibberish to a later date.
Republicans can walk and chew gum at the same time. There is a committee for improving our domestic problems, one for our border problem and one to take care of the Biden Crime Family problem.
The best way to improve the lifes of Americans is to investigate and punish those found guilty of crimes against Americans. If not done you will always have fools and thieves running the country.
How about working on getting keystone opened back up and closing the damn border? That would solve a lot of problems for the American people. #sickofallthestupididiotsinwashington

Biden is still the president and Republicans still lead by only a thin margin. There are about ten states that haven’t decided yet plus the Georgia run off. Patience is a virtue.

All this guy does is talk out his arse. Someone, anyone, who can tell me just how the GOP will get any bill passed when they can not over ride any veto handed down by Biden. All Biden has to do is veto any and all bills, his or the Ass Party liking, and the GOP has no where to go. So again can someone or anyone show me the path to getting GOP bills by Biden?
