Former President Trump has called for rules and actions, certain of which are in the Constitution to be terminated because of the allegations that there was widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election. This new statement comes after information was released regarding Twitter’s role in suppressing the store regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Trump took to his Truth Social platform to say that “A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”
He added that the Founders of the U.S. would not have accepted nor condoned “False & Fraudulent Elections!”
Deputy White House Press Secretary Andrew Bates has disagreed with the statements made by Trump and has said that this attack on the constitution “should be universally condemned.” He has added that the Constitution unifies the people of this country, regardless of their party, and is what provides them with so many freedoms. It is because of the Constitution that “self-serving despots” are not in a place to abuse the power given to them and trample “on fundamental rights.”
Trump’s post came in response to the “Twitter files” which were released on Friday. The first of these files focused on how Joe Biden’s campaign allegedly worked with Twitter to bury the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
The New York Post had originally published the story in October 2020, less than a month before Election Day. In it, they had alleged that Hunter Biden had used his influence in order to connect with a Ukrainian businessman. At the time Joe Biden had been serving as the vice President.
But Biden/democrats are continuously attacking the constitution, trying to take are rights to bare arms. Who the hell do they think they are.

the constitution of our country have many items that can be changed due to the time we are living. example, they want to make legal marriage between man with man, or woman with woman .. that’s totally illogic .. the law comes from God and God himself. marriage is between man and woman period.. doesnt matter what democrats wants .. IT IS IN THE BIBLE .. The God-Emperor isn’t proposing changes to the Constitution. He wants to ignore the Constitution if he finds it convenient. Skip the double talk.
I am getting sick of hearing the big lie that Trump wants to “terminate” our constitution. I’m sure that he is cognizant enough to realize the constitution itself contains provisions to change, add, or yes ,even to terminate clauses in it by amendment. I am not an expert on this, but I don’t believe any of these proposed amendments would be allowed to countermand any currently active provisions unless they were specifically intended and written to do so. There are currently 27 of these extant in our constitution and approximately 10,000 which were proposed and not accepted. I believe there is even even a “suicide” provision by which it can be entirely re-written (terminated, if you will) by convening a constitutional convention of the states. I realize that have not seen everything that has been written on this subject, but I defy anyone to show me where Trump has advised terminating or ignoring our constitution.
